Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MTech Universe, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our services.

1. Consultation & Service Fees

• Consultation bookings are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
• Service contracts or project retainers are governed by the terms agreed upon in individual project proposals or invoices.

2. Cancellations

• You may cancel a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or reschedule.
• For cancellations made less than 24 hours before, no refund will be issued.

3. Refunds on Projects

• If a project is terminated before work begins, a full refund (minus transaction fees) may be issued.
• If work has commenced, partial refunds may be provided based on the amount of work completed.

4. Delivery & Timelines

All project timelines are mutually agreed upon. Delays caused by clients (lack of materials, access, or communication) are not eligible for refunds.
